Before opening my own brokerage "Live Real Estate" with 12 other like minded professionals, I spent many years working with top selling Realtors at Cantu Commercial Properties and Windermere Real Estate. Today, armed with personal knowledge of investing and an uncanny eye for design, I can offer unparalleled service to my clients and ensure maximum value. My commercial Real Estate background, residential expertise, owning my own rental properties and property management experience sets me aside from other professionals in my industry.

I moved to Spokane in 1985 and have been an active member in a number of community organizations. One of my long time favorites is Valley Fest! At home in Spokane, I have many passions! I enjoy time spent with my husband in our two locally owned bicycle shops "The Bike Hub" and can never get enough of Mommy time with my daughter Penelope.

My husband and I purchased our first home at the age of 19 and soon after began adding to our Real Estate portfolio. We have 4 rentals in Spokane and own three local businesses. We both share a passion for Real Estate and the Bicycling industry. We drive each other daily to succeed in what we love to do.

I never take for granted that my success in my career is driven by the love and loyalty of my friends, family, referrals and local support. Chris, Penelope and myself feel it is very important to support our local community on a regular basis. Local community involvement is our way of giving back.

The cycling industry offers an array of weekly charity rides during the Spring, Summer and Fall months. If we are not riding among other cyclist you can be assured we are volunteering. We are well known to be at Spoke Fest, Valley Fest, MS150, Rotary's Rim Ride, Cystic Fibrosis Ride, Bicycle Rodeos (awareness program for local children), SCOPES Helmet drive, Local Diaper Drives, Tree of Sharing, Tree of Elegance, Boy Scouts Bike Repair Classes, We love to Sponsor Families in need during the Holidays, Toys for Tots, Windermere Foundation Day, Local 5K Runs for Charity, and through winter months we have indoor spinning class at our bike shop and all proceeds go to local charities.

I am a 15-year veteran of the local real estate field. I have seen every kind of market you can think of and know the intricacies of how real estate works in our area. After working for other area real estate companies, I am excited for the opportunity to help open a new company and make it the best the area has to offer.

Prior to the downturn of the economy around 2008, I was selling $5 to $6 million a year in homes. While many Realtors chose to leave the industry when the market declined, I am a lifelong resident of the Spokane area and knew how resilient our region is and that it would bounce back. Now I’m seeing signs that the area is returning to prosperity and want to help home buyers and sellers take advantage of this unique market.

It's this dedication to the local real estate market, in good times and bad, that sets me apart from other agents. I’ve been in the customer service industry, in one form or another, for as long as I can remember and tremendous customer service is part of every transaction I do. I am known for providing clients with a great experience and I get personal satisfaction out of seeing the people I work with get into their dream homes. The level of customer service I provide has allowed me to rely mostly on referrals. Many of my clients have referred me to their friends and family members based on the satisfactory experience they had with me, and I would appreciate any referrals you can send to me.

My husband Greg and I have been married for thirty years and have three kids, Scott, Brent and Katelyn. Greg and I made the trip of a lifetime in 2002 to adopt Katelyn from China. We’re pretty happy with our decision, except when she doesn't do her homework. In addition to juggling work responsibilities and shuttling kids to activities, we have three dogs (ranging in size from small to pretty large), a cat and numerous fish that keep us very busy. I am also active with the Liberty Lake Merchants group.

I am proud to be a Co-owner of Live Real Estate....and the agency that will lead the way for real estate in the coming decade in Spokane!

When I first moved to Spokane in 1991 with my husband and young family, we quickly discovered that Spokane is a hidden treasure; it is a sophisticated city where it's residents enjoy the awesome natural beauty of the Inland Northwest. Spokane is not a city, but a region filled with lakes, mountains and rivers......it's all here....skiing, boating, hiking, fishing, cycling, camping, hunting...or, however you choose to enjoy its pristine outdoors. Today, Spokane has a downtown that is growing and is a center for health care and education with the University of Washington,  WSU and EWU each offering programs at their  Riverpoint Campuses.  Whitworth University and Spokane Community Colleges contribute further to a rich academic environment. We are all united as fans of Gonzaga University and the basketball powerhouse known as the Bulldogs. Go Zags!

Housing in Spokane is affordable; the average sales price for a home in Spokane in 2013, was $182,680.  You can choose to live in a traditional neighborhood, an acreage setting or in our emerging downtown community and still have an easy drive to just about anywhere you want to go. Our excellent public and private schools are nationally recognized. Spokane has many of the benefits that a larger city has to offer, but it feels like more like a small town.

If you are considering a move to Spokane or you already live here and want to buy or sell ....I would love to help you. As one of the founders of Live Real Estate, I am committed to excellence and customer service. I got into this business during the downturn and understand the importance of attention to detail which includes pricing right, home preparation, accurate qualification, transparency and disclosure. If a transaction is not what is best for my clients, I will tell them so even if it means losing a commission.   I will work very hard to find the right fit for you, or sell your home at the best possible price.  I am thorough and careful about preparing homes for listing and will actively market your home..  I have experience in estate sales, senior real estate (certified SRES) and acreage properties (I live on acreage too) and own rental properties. I love this business and enjoy getting to know my clients, gaining their trust and, making sure that they are happy with the negotiated contract and closing details.  Selling or buying can be very stressful and I will walk you through the process to make it a positive, comfortable experience. My goal is to make a friend, not a client.

I have many satisfied clients who are now friends and can provide references at your request.  Please feel free to contact me...at any time.

Honesty, integrity and principle. These are three values I apply to both my life and my real estate career. I will work hard and go above and beyond to help make your home selling and buying process as enjoyable as possible.

I was born and raised in the Midwest and graduated from Heelan Catholic High School in Sioux City, Iowa. I worked in sales for 20 years before moving to Spokane Valley in 1990.

My wife, Denise, and I met playing slow pitch softball, something we both love and enjoy. Together, we have 5 children, 3 grandchildren and 5 grand dogs!

In 2003 I embarked on my real estate career. This is work I truly enjoy! I am also a real estate investor, thus I have extensive experience and knowledge on investment properties.

Real estate is both challenging and rewarding; it gives me great satisfaction to help my clients invest in their future.

    My Background…..

I am a native of Edmonton, Alberta and came to make Spokane, Washington my home in 1990. Previous to my real estate career, I developed a very successful service related business in the oil and gas exploration field. This business was built on hard work, integrity, professionalism, and giving my clients more than they expect. I have incorporated these same qualities into my real estate career.

    Real Estate:

I have been honored with the 2002 Rookie of the Year Award, the SAR Silver Award, the President's Club Award, 2004 Platinum Award, 2005 Platinum Award, 2006 & 2007 Diamond Award and President's Elite Award. For the past several years I have focused on managing real estate offices while still maintaining a high level of personal sales.  This ongoing practice of managing other agents has increased my knowledge of the real estate industry exponentially.

    Washington & Idaho:

I am the proud Designated Broker for Live Real Estate for both Washington & Idaho.  This responsibility requires that I stay on top of all of the real estate laws, form changes, and general policies for both states.  This position, and resulting knowledge, is a direct benefit to my own personal real estate clients.

My family includes my loving wife Janet, daughter Mikayla, son Chayce, daughter Baylie , and our four cats Bling Bling, Kota, Taz, & Whitey.  We enjoy varied interests including reading, photography, music, & computers as well as attending Chief’s hockey games, Zag’s basketball games and going to the movies.

    Sports, Hobbies, & Community Involvement:

When not working hard for my clients, I enjoy playing and watching all sports – especially golf and hockey. Community involvement is a very high priority for me and I have spent many years participating in Spokane/Coeur d’Alene Youth Hockey.

    Looking Forward:

I really love the real estate business and I hope that it shows.  Work is not work when you thoroughly enjoy what you do every day. The key to my ongoing success is to continue to build strong lifelong relationships resulting in referral and repeat business.  I truly understand the importance of proper representation when it comes to buying or selling your home. I sincerely hope that you will consider me as your real estate professional. I promise that you won't be disappointed.

Representing You Would be a Pleasure

I have enjoyed serving as a Realtor and Luxury Home Specialist in Spokane since 2005. Providing my clients with service they long remember is my goal. My experience is broad, from assisting clients with finding the home of their dreams, developing land or helping with the building of a custom home. In 2008, I was awarded the Diamond Award through the Spokane Association of Realtors for 4 million in real estate volume sold. Whether it is finding your first home, an investment property or a multi-million dollar property, I enjoy helping you through the process with ease.

    Phone: 509-217-5357

Hello, my name is Samantha Russell. I would like to take a moment or two to introduce myself and let you know some reasons I think will help you choose me as your Realtor!

I have been a licensed Realtor for nearly 20 years. This should be a clue that I am either crazy or I really love what I do! (Both!)  I started the process of getting a Washington real estate license when I realized that I loved “home”--decorating, fixing, improving and living in it. Home is my starting point and very important to me. That realization was what made me want to help others achieve their goals of owning a home. When I got my license I made a very conscious choice to become a member of the National Association of Realtors and be held to a code of ethics. I have never regretted my choice.

I began my practice as a full service Realtor working with both sellers and buyers. I have been in this business long enough to have come from our Multiple Listings in a book delivered once a week, to a small machine with fax paper to print our tour sheets on to the World Wide Web. I have seen many changes and made a few too! Twelve years ago I began to focus exclusively on purchasers. I so enjoy the road from the first home I open to the last. However, when one of my favorite long term clients came to me to list their home and help them find the ultimate retirement abode, and I couldn’t give them ultimate personal service, I just lost too much sleep. I started looking for other options and found Live Real Estate and I felt like I could have the best of both worlds to my past and future clients by allowing myself to help once again in all aspects from listing to buying.  I can’t tell you what it means to me to hand a set of keys over to a friend. Someone who started as a client and through the process has now become a friend. There is just nothing like it, and Live just creates the most ideal Win Win situation in my career.

Bottom line is this: I use my experience working with all sides of the transaction from the sellers, buyers, lenders, closers and to the cooperating agents. I take a great deal of pride in my reputation of cooperation to benefit my clients… I am here to help you find your home, help you find the right purchaser for your home, and then negotiate the transaction and coordinate it all the way to close. I can’t tell you there is no stress or disappointment in buying a home but, I can tell you I will do my best to navigate the best, smoothest (and hopefully have some fun) path to your new home.

Listening, it's a rare quality in today's hurry-up world and a cornerstone of my Real Estate business.  Time and attention are gifts I give freely--listening while clients share their dreams and goals, answering questions and helping them explore options without pressure.  My twenty-five years of being in sales has helped me hone my skills while taking care of clients.  My business is built on past clients and referrals and I am proud to say I have made many life-long friends from being in Real Estate.  I am also an investor in Real Estate and can advise clients on the right homes or multi-family units that would help them gain a nice return on their investment.

I live in Spokane Valley with my lovely wife and our two miniature schnauzers, Archie and Dublin.  Together we have five children and nine grandchildren.  My wife and I enjoy taking trips in our RV with our schnauzers, fishing the beautiful Northwest, and visiting family.

I spent ten years in the United States Navy and was stationed on surface ships and submarines during my military career.  I started in the Real Estate business in 2000 and since then have taken the required courses to earn my Managing Broker's license along with a salesperson's license in Idaho.

Licensed in both Washington and Idaho.

I believe that the most successful realtor is the one who helps their clients by listening to their needs and concerns and working as a team the find the right home.  Buying or selling a home can be a stressful and emotional process, so it is important to have someone on your side who works hard, treats you with care and respect, and communicates with you each step of the way.   I understand the importance of educating my clients on each and every aspect of the real estate transaction--from the first call to long after the keys are exchanged.  In fact, many of my clients have become long-time friends.

I live in Spokane Valley with my baby, a 120 lb lab/bull mastiff.  I love spending time with my family and friends, taking my dog Spitz for walks and I love giving back to my community by volunteering at Sacred Heart Hospital, by belonging to the Newman Lake Volunteer Fire Dept. Auxiliary, by participating in food and clothing drives and community service projects.

With my dad in the Air Force and then becoming a military wife, I have lived all over the United States. I know how important it is to have someone who understands your concerns whether you are moving from out of state or to a new neighborhood. I value my clients and am dedicated to excellence in customer service and I look forward to working with you.

I have lived in several places in the country and in the world throughout my life, but no place feels as much like home to me as does the Spokane area. Many of my best memories were made here. I went to school here, acted here in the Children’s Theatre, rode my bike on the Centennial Trail with friends to the mall, and met my wife here. Even now there are things in Spokane that have become part of my yearly routine: watching the symphony in Pavilion Park, eating at Rocky Rococo’s Pizza and playing at Lake Coeur D’Alene in the summers with Gooey’s afterward.

These are the small things that help turn a place you live into something more. I hope to help find a place where you can create fond memories and establish home here as well.

I know how important the decision to buy a home is. The decision to purchase doesn’t come all at once. It is a decision that you make with great care over the course of an extended period of time. When looking to seal the deal on this decision you need someone who will take on the challenge with as much care as you have. I will treat the transaction as if I were buying a home for myself. I will listen to your desires and your concerns and aid you in moving forward with this great life decision.

It is important to me to help you find that sense of arrival that makes you feel “at home.”

Leonard Christian is a Spokane Native that graduated from Ferris High School in 1984 and entered the Air Force a few weeks later.  After 20 years of service Leonard retired and returned to Spokane to start his career as a realtor.  Leonard is a husband, father, grandfather, pilot and aircraft mechanic.  Leonard spent years encouraging young Air Force families to invest in a home to grow their wealth, so becoming a realtor was the next logical step.  Leonard has won several awards for real estate sales volume over the years and has a Master's Degree in Business, a former Washington State Representative and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute.  It would be an honor to put my contacts and years of experience to work for you.

    To Listen and learn

I’ve learned so much from my 32 years as a real estate professional. Yet it is my own experience as a first time buyer and seller that has served to remind me how important it is to understand my customer’s wants and needs. Negotiating on your behalf is more than employing skills and knowledge; it is about you, what you want and what you need, and being the poised advocate you trust me to be

“The summer, no sweeter was ever”

Not only was I born and raised here in Spokane Valley; I raised 4 sons here as well. I am married to my best friend Dennis, and we both feel fortunate to live and work in this community. From the four seasons to the sunny skies Spokane living is as good and true a life as one can imagine. I could go on about our 70 plus lakes all within a 50 mile radius, or our 37 mile recreational trail, our wonderful winding Spokane River that goes through the middle of downtown Spokane. Perhaps I should comment on the sense of community our neighbors demonstrate which seems almost story book when compared to other places. If you are thinking of moving here or want additional information, I would be so happy to help you. If you already live here, I thank you for being a part of this wonderful town we call HOME.
